X-BOX live hit's Android quietly with New apps availabe. Does this mean Microsoft are going in for the mobile war with Sony's Playstation Mobile ? here's the facts!!
Microsoft have brought in some X-box live Apps on to Google's Android platform, which included a Social Networking application which you can connect straight to X-box live account. This lets you see your X-Box 360/Live game achievements and compare them. You can send messages to your friends and check out the latest offerings from Microsoft's X-box live platform. This app is the main X-Box live app appearing in the Google play store for free which we believe will be X-box live's mobile hub and center.

There next offering is Microsoft's First real Game for Android (Kinectimals). This is the first Android title from Microsoft and is kind of big News for Android as a system. Till now, Microsoft have been making there own mobile phone/device's (Windows Mobile) and have been trying to keep there Microsoft entertainment products exclusively to the there own platform. Now it seams they want to follow Sony's plan to spread there wings from being exclusive to there own brand. The good news for Google is that bigger companies are now seeing Android as a real base and want to be a part of it.
Check out Kinectimals on the Google play store link below. A very nice looking game for children or the young at heart. Originally seen on the X-Box 360 for use with there controller less Kinect system. This Android Touchscreen version game is a nice Mobile title, great detail and the ability to transfer your animals from mobile to X-Box 360 version is a nice cross platform feature.

So down to are first question, will we see Microsoft and Sony Bring there console war to mobile ?
Well we really really hope so. This is such great news for Android users as they will have the best of both worlds on 1 device (your Android device). If Microsoft choose to battle it out with the likes of Onlive and Playstation Mobile the content will be rich and competitive, many more triple A console gaming titles (mobile versions) will be seen and no more choosing which system you want to buy when you can have all in 1 (ANDROID). We are not too sure how much Microsoft will bring but we hope for this to continue and branch out to be much more.
More on this coming soon!!
